We are excited to announce that Syrma SGS Technologies Ltd. has entered into a strategic Joint Venture with Italy-based Elemaster S.p.A Tecnologie Elettroniche, a global leader in electronic design and manufacturing. The JV will operate under our subsidiary, now renamed Syrma SGS Elemaster Pvt. Ltd.
As part of this partnership, a new 20,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility will be established in the Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru, equipped with SMT, THT, and box-build assembly lines.

By bringing together Syrma SGS’s scaled, cost-efficient execution and Elemaster’s design expertise and strong relationships with European OEMs, this JV will unlock new opportunities, strengthen global partnerships, and further advance the “Make in India” initiative.
